STEM Racing Thailand 2026 Empowers Future Innovators Ahead of National Finals at Grand Richmond Hotel
STEM Racing Thailand 2026 continues to strengthen its commitment to developing Thailand’s next generation of innovators through an intensive training program that equips students with the knowledge, practical experience, and future-ready skills needed for the upcoming STEM Racing Thailand National Finals 2026.
Recently held at Grand Richmond Hotel, Nonthaburi, the Training Program & Preparation Workshop brought together students from the Professional Class, Development Class, and Entry Class, representing educational institutions from across Thailand. The workshop forms an integral part of the competition’s development pathway, ensuring participants are fully prepared for the National Finals, which will take place later this year.
More than an engineering competition, STEM Racing embraces a multidisciplinary, project-based learning approach that encourages students to develop technical expertise alongside essential professional competencies. The training program was designed to strengthen participants’ capabilities not only in engineering and technology, but also in leadership, communication, branding, and teamwork—skills that are increasingly vital in today’s innovation-driven world.
The organizing committee was honored to welcome distinguished speakers and industry professionals, including Mr. Narathat Leerasettakorn, Executive of Work in Bangkok Co., Ltd., together with Ms. Nalinee Pongwiratchai and Mr. Rongpetch Noiphao, Executives of AEC Digital Services. They led two interactive sessions—the Brand Identity Workshop and the Digital Communication Workshop—sharing practical insights and real-world experience in branding, digital strategy, and effective communication.
Throughout the workshops, participants explored key concepts including team identity, brand positioning, creative communication strategies, sponsor pitching, and digital communication planning. The sessions demonstrated how successful STEM Racing teams combine engineering excellence with strong branding, professional presentation skills, and effective communication to maximize their competitive potential.
The event fostered an atmosphere of collaboration, creativity, and active knowledge exchange, reinforcing that success in STEM Racing extends well beyond engineering performance. Critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, communication, and the ability to build a distinctive team identity are equally important qualities that prepare students for national and international competitions, as well as future careers in STEM-related industries.
